Come out Nov 8-10 for Greenville Open Studios:

This is maybe my 9th(?) year being part of Open Studios, and every year, it is so much fun! Open Studios is a self-guided tour where you visit working artists in their individual studios. You get to see how and where their work is made, ask lots of questions, and find out all about the creative process! It’s great fun to visit with kids, friends, or just by yourself!

My studio is located at The Collective, home to fellow artists Matt McClain (Treehugger Customs) and Gerry Wubben. We’re hosting a Kickoff Party the optional Friday night of Open Studios on November 8th, and we want to make it really fun for everyone! Join us for our 2nd Annual Open Studios Dance Party that night with DJ Dirty, 6-10 pm!

I was a contestant in the Maker Nation Challenge!

Remember that contest I took part in right when we moved back to Greenville SC? I and two other contestants (Erin Stuart and Gray Vitaris) had four hours to create a cuff bracelet inspired by the Liberty Bridge in Falls Park! Show host Ashley Adams joined two local judges, jewelry designer Kate Furman and fiber artist Cecelia Ho, to choose the winning creation!
