Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are permitted for up to 30 days after date of purchase- please contact tanya@tanyastieglerdesigns to begin the return/exchange process.
Credit will be granted for items purchased only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee if not returned in like-new condition, at the discretion of Tanya Stiegler Designs.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the person returning the item(s). It is recommended to package the return securely, fully insure the item(s), and request a signature upon delivery.
Custom design projects require a 50% deposit to begin and are non-cancelable, non-returnable once the initial deposit has been made.
Shipping
At this time, all purchases through my website can only be sent to an address within the continental United States.
Purchases made from me through my website are sent fully insured and must be sent to a street address. A signature is required upon delivery. This is the safest way to ship jewelry. Please allow up to four business days for your item to be packaged and shipped.
I offer the following shipping methods for your purchases, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed:
-USPS Priority Mail: ships in 1 to 3 days to most locations. Delivery date is not guaranteed.
-Fedex Express Saver: arrives within 3 business days, by afternoon to businesses and by evening to residential addresses
-Fedex 2 Day: 2 business days by end of day
-Fedex 2 Day A.M.: 2 business days by 10:30 am for businesses, and by noon for residential addresses
-Fedex Standard Overnight: by the end of the next business day
-Fedex Priority Overnight: by noon the following business day
-Fedex First Overnight: by morning the following business day
